The IBC is in need of a Nominations Chair
The tasks for nominations chair are:
1. Receive Nominations. This means checking the webmail portal for nominations@ibcbettas.org
2. Confirm Nominations. This means contacting the nominated individuals to confirm their willingness and removing anyone that doesn’t respond.
3. Receive Platforms. This means to remind/request platforms from all confirmed nominess and passing those platforms to the Flare Editor. Remove all nominees that do not submit platform.
4. Final Nominee List. This means to communicate the final list of nominees that have confirmed and submitted their platforms to the Flare Editor and Webmaster for building the ballot.
In order to qualify you must be an IBC member in good standing and you or a family member must not be running for office in the given you are the Nominations Chair.
