Mosquito larvae eat fry?

I have a large brood of 60+ HMPK koi babies about a week old, healthy and well. I made the mistake of introducing some young Mosquito larvae today in an attempt to introduce some baby daphnia from my outdoor daphnia culture. The Mosquito larvae are very small, same as the fry … but will they eat my babies as they grow faster?

…. Wish I kept the male in longer now as he would have dealt with the problem.
