Hello!

We in IBC are looking for a Volunteer to help us coordinate the changes to our Constitution. We are looking for a responsible Person willing to communicate and orginze the effort.

Duties are:

1- Attend meetings to keep abreast of any changes to the Constitution

2- Coordinate communications with the appropriate members driving the change
to make sure that the update is understood and clearly documented

3- Make the actual changes to the document, keep old versions of the document updated as well as a log documenting the actual change

4- Submit the final document to the Executive Board for final approval

5- Make sure that approval occurs

5- Publish the updated document

Looking for a dependable person. The candidate must be an IBC member in good standing.
